At Durban, poor Port management resulted in grain vessels occasionally impeding access of pulpwood vessels to the NCT berth. Ongoing engagement with the Ports authority at highest level to improve service delivery and fair access to facilities. Members encouraged via the Districts and Member Brief to deliver their loads in the early and less subscribed hours of the day.
