Assurance from the Committee Chairman The Committee submits this report as a fair representation of the NCT group activities for the year ending 28 February 2023. The integrated report sets out some of the activities which falls under the committee’s mandate to review. I am satisfied that NCT is complying with its social and ethical responsibilities and substantially complies with the monitoring elements provided for in the Companies Act and The Co-operatives Act. I am pleased to report that NCT has substantially complied with the seven Co-operative Principles.
