12 INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT 2025 Philip served on the board for 23 years, as Chairman for eight years and as Vice-Chairman for two terms. With his patient demeanour he took on the role of mentoring me and assisting us in navigating the ship through the stormy waters that we faced these last two years. We would like to thank them both for their time and effort that they have dedicated to NCT. Their expertise is however not lost to the industry as they continue to serve in other leadership roles within Acacia bark industry. We trust that the future is as bright for our organisation as the new glistening silver and green cladding at our Richards Bay facilities. We as the Board and management will continue to endeavour to provide our members with access to markets at the best possible prices whilst conducting our business activities in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner.
