15 INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT 2025 It’s the kind of perfect storm that tests the resilience and tenacity of any entity, and one which NCT has been able to weather, and as we look forward, actively to recover from. Once again, our NCT staff demonstrated exceptional resilience, dedication and innovation to allow NCT to add value as a Co-operative for our members, even when markets were not available. I wholeheartedly commend each of them and take immense pride in the way they have navigated and contributed to what has been another extraordinarily challenging year. I also wish to express my sincere gratitude to our outgoing Vice Chairman, Mr Philip Day, for his outstanding leadership and contributions over the years. At the same time, a special thank you is reserved for our Chairman Mr Vern Schefermann, as well to our Board members for their steadfast support of both the management team, members and the Co-operative as a whole.
