Discovery Healthy Company is a digitally enabled employee assistance programme designed to enhance employee wellbeing across four key dimensions: physical, emotional, financial, and legal. The programme proactively supports employees by identifying risks through annual wellness screenings and providing tailored interventions to improve overall health, productivity, and engagement. Employees benefit from comprehensive health assessments, confidential consultations, and ongoing support from Healthy Company Coaches, who are registered professionals such as psychologists, medical experts, and social workers. The programme offers tools to manage chronic conditions, emotional distress, financial challenges, and legal issues, ensuring employees receive holistic care. Dependants of employees also have access to these services.
