The integrated report sets out some of the activities which falls under the committee’s mandate to review. I am satisfied that NCT is complying with its social and ethical responsibilities and substantially complies with the monitoring elements provided for in the Companies Act and The Co-operatives Act. I am pleased to report that NCT has substantially complied with the 7 Co-operative Principles.
