4 INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT 2022 ABOUT THIS REPORT This integrated report aims to provide an accurate and concise overview of all material matters and describe how NCT achieved its business goals and created value during the financial year ended 28 February 2022. Assurance The Board is responsible for the integrity and completeness of this report. It has been assisted by the audit committee and obtained assurance from internal and external audit (see pages 50 and 51). The Board reviewed the 2022 integrated report on 15 June 2022 and is satisfied that it is a fair and accurate representation of NCT’s performance. Quality management system NCT’s quality management system conforms with the ISO9001:2015 requirements. This system documents the procedures to be followed to ensure that the organisation operates efficiently and offers a quality service to members and customers. NCT is endorsed by two forestry certifications standard, Forestry Stewardship Council® (FSC®) and the Programme for Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) which ensure that timber is sourced from operations that comply with both schemes’ controlled wood requirements.
