5 INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT 2022 MANAGEMENT DECISION REPORT This integrated report deals with those aspects which need to be considered as part of the management decision report. The Board is satisfied that NCT achieved its objectives by linking members to markets throughout the duration of the global Covid-19 pandemic. NCT created value for its stakeholders through the effective execution of strategy, business plans and policies within the legislative framework and through ethical leadership and effective control. NCT’s business strategy is reviewed as may be required at respective Board meetings. The Board is further satisfied that NCT has complied with the statutory requirements set out in the Co-operatives Act and the NCT constitution. The Board kept a register of interests which is reviewed at each Board meeting. The Board can assure NCT membership that it is a strong organisation and with the joint effort from the Board, management and staff, will continue to achieve its business goals.
