The supply received from members, NCT Tree Farming and external suppliers amounted to 594 397 tonnes exported across 13 shipments. This performance was underpinned by focused equipment upgrades aimed at fire resilience, plant reliability and maintenance discipline. Key upgrades included installation of the C8 export fire-retardant belt with new steel rollers, implementation of the Pragma key maintenance package, completion of reroofing and ventilation louvre improvements, earthing and lighting upgrades for the mill, commissioning of a portable fire pump enabling direct harbour water use during emergencies, enhancement of the deluge system on the accepts wood chip belt, and commissioning of additional fire equipment including oscillating nozzles.
